These are just a few examples of popular cocktails, but there are many other options to consider based on your target audience’s taste and your bar’s menu.


Classic Margarita

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • Salt
  • Lime wedge

Directions

Fill a cocktail tin with ice.

Combine tequila, fresh lime juice, and triple sec into the shaker.

Shake to mix. Rim a rocks or margarita glass with salt, and fill it with ice.

Strain the contents of the tin into the glass, and garnish with a lime wedge.


Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube or 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Water
  • 2 ounces whiskey

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Orange twist

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Add vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and lime juice to that shaker. Shake well.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange twist whose oil has been expressed into the drink.
